Yes. For fixed-price repairs, you see the price before booking. For inspection-first repairs, you approve the final quote before any repair work begins.

Our logistics partner collects your product from your doorstep with OTP verification and condition documentation. After repair and QC, it is delivered back to you.

Turnaround depends on the category and repair type. Simple repairs may take 2–4 days; specialist repairs can take longer. You'll see estimated timelines during booking.

Eligible repairs include a post-repair service warranty on the repaired part. Warranty duration and coverage vary by category and are shown in your order details.

If repair is not possible, we return your product and charge only applicable inspection and logistics fees as per the service terms.
